Privacy Policy — Jelly Maze

Summary

Jelly Maze does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data. There are no adverts, no analytics, no tracking, no accounts and no purchases. The game does not connect to the internet to play, and it works fully in airplane mode.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect, and have no means of collecting:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers or any contact details
• Accounts, logins or user profiles
• Location data
• Contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID), device identifiers or fingerprints
• Analytics, telemetry, usage statistics or crash reports
• IP addresses or log data of any kind

The app contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK and no tracking SDK. It does not ask for the App Tracking Transparency permission, because it does not track you across apps or websites. It requests no runtime permissions at all.

Information stored on your device

So the game can remember where you are, it saves a small amount of progress data in your device's own private app storage:

• Your current level number and whether a level is in progress
• Your shard count and which cube colour you have chosen
• Your sound and vibration preferences

This data never leaves your device. It is not readable by us or by anyone else, it is not backed up to any server we operate, and it contains nothing that identifies you. On iOS it is stored using Apple's UserDefaults and the app's private container; on Android, using Android's SharedPreferences and the app's private files directory.

Third-party services

The game bundles no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking service. Two platform features provided by Apple and Google are used, and only at the moments described:

• In-app review. After certain levels, the game may ask the operating system to display the store's own rating prompt (Apple's StoreKit review request on iOS, Google Play's In-App Review on Android). The prompt is drawn and handled entirely by the operating system. We do not receive your rating, your review, or any information about whether you responded. • Rate button. If you tap the rate button yourself, the app opens your device's App Store or Google Play page for the game. From that point the relevant store's own privacy policy applies.

Apart from these, the app makes no network requests of any kind.

Children's privacy

Jelly Maze is suitable for all ages and is rated 4+ on the App Store and Everyone on Google Play. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no personal information from children. It contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, no external links other than the rate button described above, no chat and no user-generated content. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families Policy and Article 8 of the GDPR.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal data a company holds about you, and to object to its sale or sharing. We hold no personal data about you, and we sell or share none, so there is nothing for us to disclose or delete. You may still contact us at the address below with any question.

Data retention and deletion

Because your progress is stored only on your device, deleting the app removes all of it. There is no server-side copy and no account to close. You may also clear the data from your device's system settings at any time.

Security

No data is transmitted, so there is no transmission to intercept. Progress data is held in the private storage area that iOS and Android reserve for the app, protected by the operating system's own sandboxing and device encryption.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected in the app's store listing.
