Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How do I cancel my subscription?
    Subscriptions are managed by your Apple ID.

  • iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → select the subscription → Cancel Subscription.

  • Alternative: App Store → profile (top-right) → Subscriptions.

  • Mac: App Store → sign-in/profile (bottom-left) → Account Settings → Subscriptions → Manage.
    Note: After cancellation, premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period.

  1. How do I request a refund?
    Payments and refunds are handled by Apple.

  • Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

  • Select the purchase, choose Request a refund, pick a reason, and submit.
    Apple will review your request and notify you by email.

  1. Purchase not showing / Premium didn’t unlock

  • Check your internet connection and restart the app.

  • Tap Restore Purchases in the app.

  • Confirm you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

  • Still stuck? Email us with your order number and screenshots.

  1. How can I get my invoices/receipts?
