How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your Apple ID.

iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → select the subscription → Cancel Subscription.

Alternative: App Store → profile (top-right) → Subscriptions.

Mac: App Store → sign-in/profile (bottom-left) → Account Settings → Subscriptions → Manage.
Note: After cancellation, premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple.

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Select the purchase, choose Request a refund, pick a reason, and submit.
Apple will review your request and notify you by email.

Purchase not showing / Premium didn’t unlock

Check your internet connection and restart the app.

Tap Restore Purchases in the app.

Confirm you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
